How To Start A Return

- We'll send you return instructions within 24 hours
- Ship the item back to us
- Once we receive it, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- The product should be in its original packaging
- Heavily damaged items due to misuse may not qualify

Received a damaged or defective CharKing Pro? Email us at shopcharking@gmail.com with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll send a replacement or full refund — no need to ship anything back.

We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, simply return your current order and place a new one.
